I have added to every page of this website an include to a universal .js file to allow more control and functionality over pages and a footer include file.  The footer file will display email information, as well as the direct URL to the individual pages (the URL of the page gets blocked because of the tree menu).  JavaScript has been to see if the page being loaded is in the web sites frameset.  If not, the frameset will reload around the page, and automatically expand the tree menu to the page you are accessing.  This method should be extremely helpful when book marking or emailing direct URLs to a page.
